Please Contact Us prior to your purchase if you have any questions about our Web store policies.
For activations and/or renewals the customer is required to visit our offices to sign the Telus Service Agreement.
Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars. Payment must be made using a valid credit card. We accept VISA and MasterCard.
Fulfillment
Upon completion of your on-line order Countrywide Communications Inc. will send you an email confirming your purchase. All sales details will be listed. We will also mail an official invoice to you as you require it for any return or warranty issues you may have.
Shipping / Delivery Information
We deliver anywhere in Canada. Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes and Rural Route addresses must include street address and phone number for proper delivery. Please state your buzzer number if you live in an apartment.
Return Policy
Countrywide Communications Inc. will accept PCS items for return within 10 days of the original purchase date (Invoice date) given the following conditions are met:
• All original packaging, materials, guides and equipment is returned • All items above are in original condition • The original official invoice is presented
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Upon examination of the returned product Countrywide Communications Inc. will reverse the charges on the customer’s credit card. The company reserves the right to charge a 15% re-stocking fee for any product returned after 10 days of the date of original invoice.
Pay & Talk Starter Kits will only be accepted if:
• The phone has NOT been activated. • The Starter Kit Guide is unopened
